Q:What is the difference between stemless wine glasses and the option that says min of 3 sets of 12? Does that mean I can either purchase the glasses individually or in sets 12 with the flat box to put them in included? If there are boxes how do I go about ordering them? The other answers were very vague and didn't really say if you do or do not have the boxes shown in the picture. A:Hello we do offer boxes for these stemless wine glasses they don't automatically come with the glasses you have to add them to the order. So first you would select your glasses under purchase options and add them to the cart. Then you would go back to the product page and under purchase options select the gift box option. These come in sets of 12 and the minimum order is 3 sets of 12. The color of the boxes is white. Please call us at 877-988-2328 if you need assistance placing your order. |
| Q:OKay I'm confused... the picture on the website shows that there is a gift box. The description references a gift box. Twice in the Q&A section, your reps state that there is not a box large enough for the 15 oz stemless glass. (Yet, there's very clearly an option to purchase boxes...)
Additionally, IF there are boxes that are large enough, the site description makes it sound as though the price of the glass may include the gift boxes... Q:Is the printing and logo on the glass durable. Dishwasher safe? A:The glasses are dishwasher safe in the top rack, but we do recommend hand washing them to help preserve the printing. |

I would like to see JSC.. all capitals with the S bigger in the middle. A:The monogram design only accommodates 1 letter, so unfortunately we would not be able to do a 3 letter monogram. There is a "preview" option to see what it will look like on the glass when entered. |
