I accept returns and exchanges within a 30 days of receiving.
Please feel free to contact me if you are not happy or to request a refund.
Refunds will be issued less shipping charges. I will make the refund after getting the item back in new and unused condition.

If you have any problem with your order, please contact me at anytime, I guaranty all issues can be solved. I accept returns in the original packing and in the same condition you received it. I will gladly refund your money, but you will pay for return shipping cost (Once I receive the item, I will send you a prompt refund to your PayPal account less the shipping fees.)
Jewelry that was personalized with a special engraving will not receive a refund unless you received them damaged.
Damaged items:
If the item arrives damaged, I will offer a refund or a replacement if photo proof is provided or if you ship the item back to me (I’ll refund original postage fee).
Incorrect items:
If you do not receive what you have ordered you can return it to me and I will ship the correct item (you will not be charged postage again).
Lost orders:
It is rare that an order gets lost, but if your package does not arrive within 6 weeks of shipping date I'll re-ship it, unless the items are no longer in stock (in this case I offer refunds). I appreciate your patience while waiting for the package, sometimes takes a long time if it is held in customs - you should always contact your local post office.
Incorrect address:
I ship to your address as it is shown in the Etsy information payment confirmation (unless requested differently), so please make sure that you have the correct address to prevent any problems, If your package is returned due to incorrect address I can ship it again upon postage payment.
