About Rev. Arthur Kelsie

Rev. Arthur Kelsie is an ordained minister and is licensed by the Province of Ontario to perform weddings. He has taught overseas as well as in many parts of Canada. He currently lives in the Greater Toronto Area and performs weddings in Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, and Burlington, Ontario. He has received Bachelor Degrees in Arts, Divinity, and Social Work.

Rev. Kelsie has performed over 500 weddings.
