Arthur Kelsie is an ordained minister and is licensed by the Province of Ontario to perform weddings. He has taught overseas as well as in many parts of Canada. He currently lives in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). He has received Bachelor Degrees in Arts, Divinity, and Social Work.

Arthur Kelsie performs weddings in Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Etobicoke, Woodbridge, Caledon, Burlington, Milton, Georgetown, Halton Hills, and Acton, Ontario.

Arthur Kelsie has performed over 500 weddings.
